Even Russia,s President WLADIMAR PUTIN was pleased to enjoy Suckling and Milk Fed Sucklings from the farm of Franz Grillmair -Sipbachzell.
12.000 of these young Piglets were cunsumed last year reflecting a value of 12 Million A/Shillings , this year the target is for 15 or more million. Grillmair has exibited last week at the worlds largest FOOD Exibition ANUGA KÖLN where he created a major attraction, and great International interest.
Grillmair is the inventer of the Boneless Suckling and with this product is well on the way to the hit of the year. Full in TREND with a new Convenience-Product wher less work is more. The young Piglets are de-boned,seasoned, and rolled with only the Piglets pure meat.Some Piglets- products are specially filled/rolled with, for special customers -Beer-Brezeln filling. The Trade Mark 'Grilly' started from our farm and Sucklings in Sipbachzell and now has developed into a professional marketing and production Company.Sucklings come from our farm and local selected partner farms .They are marketed through regional marketing and sales firms.

What is the main product from Grilly ?
This starts from the Spit Suckling to the Partyferkel (R)
also individual parts, Cutlets ,Legs of Pork,etc. Rolled Roasts , Original Leg of Ham ,from Sucklings.
