Without Combi-Steamer

  • Gently roast about 240 min.
    Beginning 110 °C - End 180 °C
  • Core temperature 20 °C

Master Tip


Prepare the Rolled Herbs-Fed Suckling Piglet as a whole piece or in portions. The meat stuffing also holds perfectly together in a raw state.
